Roastbeef Club sandwich

Ingredients

200 g roast beef
1 onion
Juice of one lemon
Italian Cheese Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano
6 slices of sandwich bread
4 slice of Bacon
A few leaves of rocket
1 tomato
Cream cheese

Directions

Sauté the bacon for few minutes. In the same pan, toast the bread on both sides.

Cut the onion and marinate it for 15 minutes in the lemon juice. Cut the tomato into thin slices.

Compose the sandwich like this: take a slice of bread and spread the cream cheese on it, place a few leaves of rocket, some slice of tomato, the marinated onion, a few slices of roast beef seasoned with the ITALIAN CHEESE DRESSING with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano, continue with one slice of bacon and start again with filling. Close with the last slice of bread.

Cut in half and serve with french fries and ITALIAN CHEESE DRESSING with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Parmigiano Reggiano.
