Pears glazed with Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, salty crumble and cream cheese

Ingredients

4 pears
3 spoons of Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
30 ml red fruit juice (e.g. blueberries, grapes, pomegranate)
1 tbs of honey
100 g dry bread
30 g  butter
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
salt
100 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
100 g Greek yogurt

Directions

Peel the pears without removing the stalk and cut them in half.

Pour the fruit juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and honey into a high pot, add the pears and bring to boil. Let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Remove the pears and reduce the liquid until it becomes thick like a syrup.

Coarsely crumble the bread. In a bowl mix the bread with the butter that you have melted, the Parmesan cheese and the salt.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet as if they were crumbs and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese in a bowl.

Serve the pears a the cream cheese and sprinkle them with the bread crumble.
Garnish by pouring the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena syrup.
