Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)

In a bowl melt eggs and butter together.
Wrap brie cheese in phyllo dough. Brush dough with egg and butter- repeat six times.
Place in cast-iron skillet and add mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries,…).
Drizzle honey over the top and Carandini Bianca Sweet White Vinegar as the perfect flavor accompaniment. It preserves the bright colors & enhances its true flavors.
Bake it at 400 degrees for 20 min.
Garnish with fresh basil & enjoy warm.
